By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.To check my progress on all of my current commissions, please check my art trello!

~ I. GENERAL TERMS. ~Please write in a clear and nice manner. Provide neat references. Not a wall of text. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. Follow the rules provided in the commission posting, YCH or Adoptable post. If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
~ II. PAYMENT ~All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. I accept multiple payment options. My most preferred option is through Ko-fi.Other options are (from most preferred to least):
Cashapp
Venmo
Paypal (please order through Ko-fi since Paypal takes a fee)

~ III. PROCESS ~Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally ask for it and if the price exceeds 50$. WIPs might be given as well if I the artist, wonder something about the commission.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 month depending on many factors such as:Health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
~ IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ~I will do everything I can to make my commissioners happy. However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
~ V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ~I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: promote myself with in any place or site, to display it anywhere to my liking, post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks/signatures.Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
~ VI. DESIGN / USAGE POLICY ~My designs are not allowed to be resold unless they have additional value added onto them. Whether it be commissioned art or your own art.
If a design was purchased for real currency then you may resell the design at the price you bought it for.You are free to edit the design but you must still credit me as the original designer.
My original design artwork can be edited but you must notify me first before making any edits to my art.My designs can be turned into a member of an existing closed or open species if you desire. No confirmation is needed from me. But if you want to turn one of my designs into a closed species then you must notify me and pay a commercial rights fee.You may raffle off / host contests for my designs but you may not purchase them for the intention of doing so.My designs are allowed to be co-owned.Do not heavily reference my designs.
~ VII. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY ~I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received. If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will forbidden to ever commission me, KayBob, ever again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
~ VIII. WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW ~- Heavy gore
- NSFW
- Fetishes
- Highly detailed machines
- Hate speech

Commission Info

I offer three kinds of commissions at the moment. Standard commissions, pixel animations, and custom designs.
Reference sheets fall under the standard commissions option.~ STANDARD COMMISSIONS ~Standard commissions will look like the examples below and are priced as follows.Headshot - 10$
Halfbody - 15$
Fullbody - 20$Shading will cost + 5$ extra for all options.
Complex designs will have + 5$ added on to the total.

~ REFERENCE SHEETS ~

Reference sheets will typically include a fullbody, a headshot, and color swatch for the character. It can include additional items for an added cost.Reference sheet - 35$
Add another fullbody +10$
Add another headshot +5$
Additional items (eye reference, paw reference, etc.) +5$-10$ (depending on amount added)Complex designs will have + 10$ added on to the total.

~ PIXEL ANIMATIONS ~

Pixel animations are typically four frames and will be upscaled to be presented in high quality. The commissioner may ask for a version in the original size but it will not be included without the request of the commissioner.Pagedoll - 15$
Complex character + 5$
Any character with wings is considered complex. Characters with multiple tails are also considered complex.Check out the full list of all the pixel animations I’ve done!
~ Pagedoll Masterlist ~

Pixel animations are typically four frames and will be upscaled to be presented in high quality. The commissioner may ask for a version in the original size but it will not be included without the request of the commissioner.


~ CUSTOM DESIGNS ~Custom designs have a flat rate of 20$. I can work based off of moodboards, color palettes, or text description.
Once the design is sketched out/planned the commissioner will have the option to request edits. The first two minor edits are free but after that, or any major edits, it will cost extra.
Any edits in the sketch phase are considered minor but once it hits the final drawing, edits will be considered major. Color edits on the final art are considered minor.
